I was born in The Hague (Netherlands) among tulip fields, to a German mother and Spanish father. After studying and working for many years in London and the United States, I currently reside in Madrid. I have always questioned myself: Why are we here? Where do we come from and where are we going? What is our particular mission?
That existential search led me to reinvent myself by integrating my experience as an executive coach and my career in investment banking. I have dedicated years to developing several of my own methodologies related to stress management, motivation and leadership helping at the same time to focus and recover the values, vision and mission of managers and their organizations to facilitate transformation and give meaning to success.
